Hi

I have been asked by several readers to give some more detail on the Vitality Mission that we are setting up from next week.

Our daily emails are a free service and will remain so. Therefore I hope you don't mind if we use the format to put out the information on this project that will need a small fee (we all get enough sales banter!)

Don't worry, I'll link to a past email below on the deadlift (one of my favourites!) so true to form you get some info to read today :-D
 
So, what is this all about then?

We have trained over 200 people on a regular basis over the last ten years, and have had the pleasure to watch the transform their bodies and in turn increase energy levels, decrease injuries, pain and, my favourite, grow tenfold in confidence.

This isn't a testimonial for us, THEY do all the hard work and we are simply there to guide and support (see our mission statement below!).

One on one or small group training is an excellent way to spread the little hints and tips that make those little habits easier to embed. However the reach is small compared to the audience we could hit with your help!

Being involved in a process with social support is shown in many studies to be a game changer when it comes to adherence to a lifestyle change. For the individual AND the knowledge and experience of the coaches.

We want to build something bigger alongside an email readership, we want to provide encouragement to those at the beginning of their health journey fed back from us and those that are further on.

We want a community! 

A small tip or habit from one of your fellow community members could be that tiny shift you need to set you on a better trajectory.

Likewise, us knowing what one of you are struggling with will be guaranteed to be someone else is and we have a wealth of experience to call on....or know where to look if we can't help.

All we ask in return is your input and a commitment to take ACTION.

After all , what can happen to set about that change you want without getting started?

The end result may be a membership site, FB group, e-book or a continuation of the emails.

What works for YOU will be the way we progress.

We will make sure all credit is given where due to all those involved :-D


The Basics:
  1. Monday email : 3 missions (mindset, physical, nutritional) with detail behind or linked to previous applicable emails for deeper dives.
  2. You get started, try things out, tell us what we could add and we produce the...
  3. Friday email: summary of wins, learning's and changes from all your feedback plus additions from us
  4. Repeat for 6 weeks.
PLUS:
  • two way banter, sorry support, with us via email :-D
  • a healthy dose of accountability and community
  • sharing successes (anonymous if you prefer)
  • two half hour coaching calls across the six weeks (nothing like a quick chat!)
Deadline to sign up is by 18:00 this SUNDAY.

On receipt of payment of £20 (bank transfer, or if not online we can arrange something else I'm sure) you will be added to the Vitality Mission email group.

This fee is to cover a small part of our time investment in this, hopefully, if you add on the daily emails it is good value for you!

After a confirmation email you will be good to go (exactly the same as you did for the daily ones).
