The fundamental piece to set you on the right journey to happiness and vitality is your mindset:
- remind yourself every day that it is your DUTY to be happy and content so you can serve those that you care for and make a difference
- love yourself and nourish your vitality. Sometimes this is by great nutrition and balanced training...or sometimes that cookie is exactly what your soul needs! Don't stress it and just do what you
can
- be part of the emerging health movement that focuses on how perfect you are NOW. Setting a goal on that 'perfect' weight is futile compared to really putting energy into finding out WHY your mindset holds you back and sabotages your best efforts
- love food and focus on educating
yourself on what your body needs.
- ignore the media. There is no quick fix, secret pill or 'Diet' that can beat consistency, real food and doing what exercise is right for you.
Think back 10 years..all health information was controlled by 'gatekeepers' such as TV, Radio and
magazines..
Now we have the Internet which is your gateway to some emerging people and groups that do have it right! Find them and don't trust what sounds 'too good to be true'
