Intuitive health beat New Years resolutions

Hi

We are the sum of our past experiences, environment, thoughts, choices and beliefs.

It's interesting, frustrating, annoying and exciting all at the same time.

The perfect choice or belief for us today can be totally the wrong thing tomorrow.

A belief you formed when 7 years old, could be the one thing that put you on the path to the success you are today 

Likewise, the opposite can occur and a belief, or story we have on repeat can hold us back

It can occur on one path or factor of your life just as another belief is leading you to greatness

In coaching a huge part of the process is behaviour change and behaviour development.

We can't tell anyone what to do while we are not around, however we can work with them to help them develop an open mind and beginners mindset that helps them to challenge every belief, worry, stress, and limiting factor for themselves. 

Its funny because every client I coach challenges me on my limiting factors too. 

It is like a partnership with two 'experts' symbiotically helping each other. No one is better than anyone here!

A concept that I like to follow is Intuitive Fitness and Nutrition.

Being in tune with how your body and mind feel and perform at all times puts US in control of OUR path to fitness and vitality.

In other words..

'Do what activity you like to do and eat what your body needs, and keep doing it'

Brings it back to the three things that we all focus on, how we:

  1. LOOK
  2. PERFORM
  3. FEEL

I know you know that looks don't matter and we are told this all the time.

The fact is of course they do to most of us!

However, by intuitively finding and refining what healthy food and natural activity works for you to make you FEEL and PERFORM well, we become our own teacher

Be consistent and your body will in turn LOOK better than you ever thought possible!

It can take years, and is hard work, however knowing that every right choice and belief that feels positive to you is exactly that.

No stress, no guilt, no feeling pushed into anything...it is your body!

If a belief or choice causes stress or feels wrong for you then it is wrong for you and this stress is an alarm to highlight we are off our 'path'.
 
New Year is coming soon and I will get an influx of clients.

Most will want to lose the wobbly bits after Xmas or in the momentum of a new year resolution.

They all know how that have got to where they are at that precise moment, they don't need me to tell them what they need to stop doing.

What they need me for is to make doing something about it REALLY good fun, interesting and being there to point out the small and significant successes that they need to see yet will miss (as we are our own worst critic are we not?!).

At some point along a health journey you will hit a moment where you 'get' it

Call it a moment of clarity or an awakening as that is what it is and how it will feel.

It doesn't come from anyone else per se, it comes from within when you, your body and your mind get in sync with each other and get intuitive.

The health programs, apps, systems etc that you will be bombarded with in the next month are only as good as what you learn from them. 

I'm the sum of my reading, countless hours of audiobooks and podcasts, my own training and (most importantly!) what my 200 or so clients have taught ME over the years. 

Currently I'm trying to put it all together in an online coaching program and it is mind boggling when trying to apply to many.

When it's just you working though it and finding what works for you it's easy if you stay true to how you FEEL and PERFORM...intuitively!

Bruce Lee says it better than I ever can:

‘’Research your own experience. 
Absorb what is useful. 
Reject what is useless. 
Add what is specifically your own’
