I will give them the benefit of
the doubt and assume that they give out the above info of course...it makes me feel better to believe this :-/
There is no quick fix, magic bullet, pill or potion that will replace commitment, very hard work and you taking the TIME to get to what works for you and making it a lifestyle habit.
The points above are impossible to implement all in one go.
Simply focusing on one a week is a huge step forward to build on week by week.
52 new healthy habits a year from now is better than putting hopes in just one modality. Make it a habit and make it stick!
There is no rush to get healthy, your body is incredible NOW whatever shape it is in.
You are in this for life.
Learn to love what you have at every part of the process, and when the time is right to go after it do so...however, at your own pace and don't follow the unrealistic claims!
