Half
way through the year is a good reminder to keep this on track.
Having a healthy 'baseline' of limited 'naughty' foods (5% total calories) all year round means we have space for a splurge at the festive season where we can put life into living.
However, this does not mean caloric restriction from all year until Xmas.
We advise eat more healthy fats, protein, complex carbohydrates and drink more
water instead of refined carbohydrates (sugar), alcohol and processed foods.
So how do we get our refined carbohydrates intake down?
