Keep your health regime simple!

We have more or less all the info and data we need at our fingertips, regarding nutrition and fitness,to get healthy, lean and strong.

Making things too complex gives us an excellent excuse to give up and say it's all too hard.

We don't know everything of course..but do we need to?

Keep it simple and do one thing at a time

Take time to find the right info from well respected sources that have many hours of experience working with people. Follow what they say to the letter and if it doesn't work (after a few months) move on and try something else...you are in this for life after all!

Learning as you go, and making the mistakes, beats hours reading up on the latest quick fix or something a celebrity did and constantly changing direction.

Take action, get eating right and lift heavy stuff...find out what works for YOU.

Be consistent, ignore the excuses and nail it.

Your health and fitness is one of the only things you get out exactly what you put in so remember that always!
