Well here goes...welcome.
I'll start the ball rolling with sharing my story...
I've been a PT for pushing ten years now, train about 12 clients a week and coach kids rugby every Sunday. I
have two kids and run the business alongside my wife Kim who looks after all the Nutrition side of things.
I commit to 5 hours minimum of study a week to keep things fresh, love lifting heavy weights and eat mainly real food...it wasn't always this way:
