Those blues lines get me all fired up...the fitness industry needs to do more!
Coupled with the statistic that 54% of adults want to do
more activity we are going to do our bit..
Partnering up with Sporty Rascals we are going to start a FAMILY fitness class!
Starting on the 20th April at 18:00, in a field (or hall!) in Fleet, Hampshire, our aim is to build a community of families intent on fostering a 'habit' of health for all
ages.
