About this time of year I see people come out of the back of a relaxed summer and tend to reach a crossroads:
- hibernate
in winter....or
- ramp it up and use the quieter time to train and move
There is something amazing about hitting Spring with an improved body and more energy.
Xmas and New Year are simply a rest week and should be thought of as such.
Make
your resolution for 2018 start NOW..why wait?
Being the only person in the gym on a frosty morning or the only one walking outside has a strangely motivating effect, we find.
Get that pic of the body you want ready for next years holidays. That, or write down your goals and split them into manageable chunks.
Buy a dress or T shirt smaller than your current size and hang it where you will see it. Try it on regularly, it's better and more realistic than using the scales.
So...
Do you want to be where you were this Spring...or do you want the next level next Spring?
