In every situation (not just for health & fitness) stepping aside from what we believe to be true and finding what is REALITY puts us in touch with our true path.
Someone cuts you up on the road, you get angry and a reaction
to that driver can escalate to all sorts of trouble.
What happens if that driver waves to say sorry or puts down the window and explains that they are rushing to the hospital?
The reality comes to you and you are instantly at peace.
How powerful would that be if you could do this at every situation, with every person you know and especially when it comes to your behaviour with regards to health and fitness?
We are where we are because of the story we
tell ourselves. If our story is removed from any way from REALITY we feel stress and are working against our true path.
The stress and worry is our subconscious signalling that we need to get some reality going on
If we can align our
thinking to reality we reduce stress considerably, take ourselves out of our story (which often are lies!), and become the person we want to become.
Be happy with where you are now, the reality is that you are awesome and should be enjoying the journey at every step.
