Be clear and transparent with yourself

Hi

We are a transparent, flexible and authentic company.

Everything we do is for the good of our community, our client base, our friends and our family.

Of course we need to make a profit, however I would give it all back if at any point we felt we had deviated from this and not served everyone to the best of our ability.

It is why we offer a full money back guarantee, no questions asked, no arguments, we would just pay it...if we ever get asked that is!

Poor customer service, rude staff, hidden costs and unscrupulous morals are SO last century.

The fitness industry history is laced with all this BS.

Of course social media, online reviews and feedback forums mean that bad customer service can be called out more than ever before, however are companies acutely aware of this to keep 'clean' to keep making money..OR is it because the core of the company values contain heart centric, customer and employee care?

So, you are probably thinking that this had nothing to do with your fitness, and a moment there I did wonder myself...

YOUR fitness and health journey needs similar core values, total transparency and honest evaluation at all times.

From ourselves is good, although can we always be subjective?

From others, absolutely, however can they be strong enough to be honest with you?

As a PT we have to flex to the client personality, goals, injury status and even the amount of time they can commit.

There is often a time though when we sometimes have to be a bit tough and say it as it is.

After EVERY session I also am tough on MYSELF as I run through my win/learn/change.

To really make a change with our fitness, our businesses, our jobs and relationship, transparency is absolutely major if we want to make a change.

In every PT session, coaching group, and these emails what you see is what you get with us.

We expect full transparency and honesty from our clients and associates in equal measure to what we give back to them.

If a client messes up with their nutrition, we hope that they will tell us. We laugh about it, I put the loads up as a punishment and we spend the rest of the session talking through some alternative strategies to make sure it doesn't happen that often (note I don't say ever!)
Being really honest and clear through our fitness journey opens the door to being in tune with how we are performing and feeling through the process.

Tracking nutrition, journaling mood/ feelings/ energy levels and being focused and organised with what exercise and movement we are doing creates a feedback loop on how it all intertwines in our life.

TODAY is a new day, yet it is a result of what you did YESTERDAY.

Or, as Nike once put it:

'Yesterday, you said tomorrow!'

You can only do your best, just make it your best for today...and then better it tomorrow. Just a little bit!
