The reason I like this piece is that the focus isn't on diets and extreme exercise. The focus is on changing thought patterns and behaviour which I believe encompasses being grateful for who you are and what you have got and using this to set a solid foundation on which to shoot for your goals and dreams.
At a time when life is just so busy with clinic, new day job,
husband and children I needed to read something like this just to remind me that I need to keep the focus on my health too for my good wellbeing is relied upon by so many other people.
If I'm healthy and happy my work is healthy and happy and my family are healthy and happy.
