Make what is different now...

....the normal later!

Another way of looking at habit changes is to positioning everything that seems different, challenging, new and exciting as something that, if worthwhile, we should work on absorbing as the normal.

Health and fitness should be a nice side effect of simply 'what you do'.

In previous emails I've written about having the below ' filter':

'Does what I'm about to do take me further from or closer too my health and fitness goals?'

Ask yourself, when a new or different option comes up, if it will help you move closer to your health and fitness goals.

Can we move TOWARDS a different path rather than take the path of least resistance?

Or, taking this further, could we change what is different today into the path that you will follow with no resistance anyway?

 Try something 'different' today...
