Just as a circuit follows a simple IF...THEN... route we can systematise our day/ week/ life so it runs with minimal mental energy leaving us the get on with living.

Yourself
Some
Time
Energy
&
Money
Look for triggers that you can attach useful health actions and behaviours to, such as:
- Every time the kettle is boiling stretch your tightest muscle
- Before you brush you teeth before bed, foam roll your upper back
- Get the green smoothie ingredients chopped up and ready after you wash up the dinner
dishes
- When some calls you, go for a walk..ditch that desk
- Hire a PT to learn the basics and also get a program set up to follow in the gym, accountability breeds adherence
- Keep things tidy, everything in its place reduces stress
- Make your bed every morning...start the day with a
success
Keep your mind open and develop these systems for YOURSELF.
Only you know how your day goes, what time and space you have, what systems you have in place already and, overall, how your mind works!
Small habits lead to small changes which add up to huge lifestyle changes as the years go on
Being strict with these systems creates flow in your daily life that creates more headspace to 1) be more YOU and 2) deal with those little curveballs that come in...
