I've mentioned this before, however sometimes great tools need extra airtime.
Having little
reminders of your goals and targets on your person all day long is a really good way to keep your aspirations top of mind.
For example, some pics on your phone/on the fridge of your ideal body shape or a scene from your last run to look at when 'negotiating' your self to action are a good starting point.
However, a simple and highly
effective tool to keep you on track is to write your WHY plus two current goals on a piece of card and then keep in your pocket/ purse/ handbag at ALL times.
Every time you feel it when you grab your keys out of your pocket etc acts as a cue to bring you to the present and take a stock check on how this day/ minute/ hour is going.
At this
point ask yourself:
'Is what I am about to do taking me further from, or closer to, your health goals?'
