Where attention goes energy flows..

You can gather all the info you want, spend all the money you have and do all the planning you can when starting your health journey.

This is all great, yet having a Prime Directive where ALL focus and energy is pointed can be a really effective way to success.
Action taking is the only way to get somewhere.

Your Prime Directive should be huge!

Goals and small successes are absolutely the right path to follow, however a single minded, no holds barred laser focus on your 'PM' is there as that accountability within you.

Does what I'm about to do take me closer too, or further from my health goals?

Your Prime Directive could be something like:
  • still being mobile at 80+ years old
  • being lean and strong as a side effect of a healthy lifestyle
  • squeezing EVERYTHING out of every day, EVERY day
  • not to be reliant on anything (coffee, cigarettes, alcohol)
  • to not be in pain anymore
The list is endless and is completely personal to you.

The MOST important thing is that this is your agenda and yours alone.

Only from being accountable to ourselves can we truly stay the course.

Find your Prime Objective, place it as your true north and stay on course!
