Whittle away at your 'niggles'

Hi

You have heard me talk lots about the importance of mobility and how it can enhance every facet of your life.

When we first start focusing on this we often find we have tight points all over, areas of reduced mobility and the odd sore point.

This is our base level and now the target on reducing these can begin...


A magical thing happens.

As we give more time and effort into mobility work we prove to ourselves AND our bodies that with consistent focus that we can move smoother, reach further and reduce painful areas.

We start with tight points and niggles all over the place, yet as we work though them we eventually find we only have a couple of areas left to fix....or even none at all in time.

Some may always be with us, however not having all the other 'niggle noise' we used to have means we can apply laser focused work on addressing these issues, or managing them effectively.

We iron out the kinks!  

I started a bit broken after 28 years of poor posture, zero exercise and a sedentary lifestyle.

I pretty much had pain in every limb and especially my upper back.

Now, after becoming a mobility convert I have two weak areas and no others.

These are fine as long as I look after them and never miss a chance to keep them 'happy'.

Foam rolling hurts, convincing joints to reach new mobility and stretching out tight points is hard work and needs focus EVERY day.


I've called mobility the elixir of life.....because it is!

I've seen people come alive right in front of my eyes when they realise that the pain in their body can often be eliminated with only a quick 10 minutes of mobility work a day!

Find those niggles, work at reducing them and keep mobile for a strong and supple body.
