As promised yesterday, click on the red button for the foundation mobility warm up I coach my clients through.
A 'warm up' is not about raising body temperature.
Taking your joints and muscles through their maximum range of motion before we add more load or effort prepares the body for any movement to come.
Of course this is vital before an exercise session, however sneaking it into every day 'warms' you up for any movement that the day will
throw at you.
Ever hear of someone putting their back out whilst reaching for a toothbrush or putting on a sock?
Keeping an eye on your mobility prepares you for anything!
